A useful start to a San Pedro golf cart rental is a clear handover. Keep your reservation reference and accepted full quote handy, confirm the meeting place and time with Rio, and bring your valid driver’s licence and a way to pay at pickup.
Check that the cart category fits the group. Four seats accommodate up to four people and six seats up to six, counting the driver and children. If the group or luggage has changed since the request, tell the team before setting out.
Inspect the cart together and check its fuel level. Ask how to use the controls, lights and parking brake. Discuss any concern at handover rather than treating the website photos as a condition report for the individual cart.
Rio’s photos show its own carts with edited backgrounds. A request is for a seating category rather than a guaranteed colour or decoration. If a specific feature or access need matters to your group, arrange it directly with Rio before arrival.
Agree the return time, location and fuel requirement. Return with the same fuel level as at pickup, and leave enough time for the handover before onward travel. Keep Rio’s contact details available if the route, sailing or flight plans change.
