Use riobelizegolfcartrental.com to check Rio’s public booking information and contact options. If an email or message leaves you uncertain, open the website yourself and contact the team through the details published there. A familiar logo or sender name alone is not enough to verify a message.
Your quote is shown on a private page after the request, and an emailed private link can let you return later. Keep that link out of public reviews, social posts and shared screenshots. It provides access to rental details that other travelers do not need to see.
A received request still needs quote acceptance
Sending the request produces a full quote for review. A reference number or “request received” message does not by itself mean the reservation is confirmed. The private page explains when acceptance is still needed and displays the proposed rental details and complete total.
Read the current quote before deciding. If the page shows that confirmation is pending, opening an email, saving the link or ticking the agreement alone does not complete the acceptance step. Use the confirmation button after checking the quote and rental conditions.
Check the plan as carefully as the total
Review who the quote is for, the cart sizes and quantities, the pickup and return locations, and both dates and times. Rio’s form uses Belize local time, so compare those entries with your San Pedro plans rather than the time at your departure airport.
Open the price details and rental conditions. Public rates and the form’s earlier estimate describe the base rental; the full quote includes the required charges for your request. Ask Rio to explain any part you do not understand before accepting.
- Count a seat for each passenger and plan luggage separately.
- Check the island arrival details and accommodation name where relevant.
- Leave enough time for return handover before onward travel.
Confirm the result after you accept
When the details are right, accept the full quote and rental conditions and use the button to confirm the reservation. Wait for the page to finish saving and check that it shows a confirmed booking. Keep the reservation reference and private link for your own use.
If you see an error or cannot tell whether acceptance completed, reopen the current private page and check its status. Contact Rio if the result remains unclear. Repeatedly creating new requests can make it harder to identify which plan you want to keep.
Confirmation and payment are different records
Rio’s online flow does not collect payment. You accept the full quote to confirm the reservation and pay the agreed total at the office or pickup. A booking can therefore be confirmed while its payment remains due.
A paid status means an offline payment has been recorded; it is a separate question from accepting the quote. If the amount due or payment record looks wrong, contact Rio to check it. Do not send card details, banking passwords or a payment merely because an unexpected message claims your private quote requires it.
Ask for corrections before approving changes
If a date, cart quantity or other detail is wrong, tell Rio what needs correcting before accepting that version. For a confirmed reservation, a proposed change can appear as an updated quote while the existing accepted booking remains in force until the change is accepted.
Check the new dates, total and conditions together. An older open page or screenshot may show a replaced version. Reload the latest quote if the website asks you to, and contact the team if the proposed change does not match what you discussed.
Get help with a reference and a clear question
Use Rio’s published contact options and provide your request or reservation reference privately. Explain whether you need help with the quote total, a date correction, acceptance status, payment record or arrival arrangement. Describe the issue without posting the private link or personal rental information in a public comment.
If you cannot find the email, check the address you supplied and ask Rio for help through the official contact page. Before travel, confirm the meeting point and bring the documents required for handover. A correct online booking still needs a clear arrival plan.
