Rio offers four-seat carts for up to four passengers and six-seat carts for up to six. Count the driver and everyone riding, including children. Passenger capacity does not guarantee space for suitcases; share your bag count and any access needs with the team.
A base rental rate is only part of Rio’s quote. Required taxes, insurance and bridge-pass charges are included in the full total shown after your request. Review that amount and the rental conditions before accepting.
Choose Rio Office at Belize Express Terminal, Tropic Air, Maya Island Air, Belize Express Water Taxi or Caribbean Sprinter Water Taxi. For hotel delivery, choose Hotel and enter its name. Free delivery and luggage help are available; confirm the meeting point and time directly with Rio.
Bring your valid driver’s licence and reservation reference. Inspect the cart with the team, check the fuel level and learn the controls. Ask about current road conditions and whether your planned route is suitable before leaving town.
Agree a return location and leave time for handover before a departing flight or ferry. Return the cart with the same fuel level as at pickup. Contact Rio before the agreed return time if you need to discuss an extension.
