Which Babylon villa fits your group?
Babylon Beach Resort offers numbered villas beside the sea in San Pedro. Its official website uses the San Pedro Holidays domain, so check that the property name on your room confirmation is Babylon Beach Resort. Keep the villa number as well as the guest name when organising arrival.
A villa can make shared meals and time together easier, but the number of beds does not tell you everything about privacy. Decide which guests need separate bedrooms, whether anyone will use a sofa bed, and how many bathrooms your group needs before choosing.
Compare Villa 1 and Villa 4 by layout
The published Villa 1 example has three bedrooms and two bathrooms; Villa 4 is described with two bedrooms and one bathroom. Both list a kitchen and air conditioning. Use these as examples of different layouts, rather than assuming every numbered villa is identical.
Ask the property to confirm the exact floor, terrace access and sleeping arrangement. Some wording on the Villa 4 page is inconsistent about floor level. If stairs would affect your stay, obtain a clear answer for your reserved villa instead of relying on a photograph.
Agree the entrance before arrival
The property describes beach access and a private pier. Those features do not tell an arriving guest which entrance to use with bags or where a road vehicle should wait. Ask the reservations team for the current check-in meeting point and a location pin.
Share your actual San Pedro arrival operator and any connection changes. A mainland ferry booking and the final journey to the villa are separate travel stages. If your group arrives on different services, choose one contact who can coordinate keys and luggage.
Choose a cart around your villa plans
Rio offers free hotel delivery once the practical handover is agreed. Give Rio the villa number, entrance instructions, passenger count and bag needs. Do not use the villa’s advertised guest capacity as a measure of cart luggage space.
For departure, confirm where to return the cart and where the hotel wants bags collected. Keep the room reservation and Rio cart quotation as separate confirmations. Approve Rio’s full quote to confirm the rental, then pay at pickup.
