Are you staying at Ramon’s Village or its sister property?
Ramon’s Village Resort is on Coconut Drive in San Pedro. Its official website also presents Steve & Becky’s, a separate sister property across the street. Give Rio the name on your accommodation confirmation so the meeting point does not depend on a similar brand name.
The main resort describes beachfront, seaside and garden or jungle-style cabanas. Those categories are room-location choices, not instructions for cart access. Ask reception which road-side meeting point is suitable rather than expecting delivery along internal sand or garden paths.
How do resort and dive plans fit together?
The property has its own Ramon’s Village Divers dock. If you have arranged a dive or boat trip, check that operator’s departure instructions and allow time to get to the actual meeting place. A cart rental does not include a boat excursion, dive reservation or dock access permission.
Choose the cart pickup around the days you expect to drive on Ambergris Caye. A day spent on the water can have different transport needs from a day exploring the island. Confirm activity timings with the provider instead of relying on an older timetable copied elsewhere.
Would a town walk or a cart work better?
For short central San Pedro errands, decide whether walking fits your group and the places you want to visit. A golf cart becomes more relevant for outings beyond that immediate area, shopping or a group choosing to travel together. It is an option, not a requirement attached to a hotel stay.
Count passengers before selecting four or six seats. If everyone arrives with luggage, tell Rio the bag count as well. Bags and passenger space need a separate plan, particularly when a group wants to go directly from the arrival point to the resort.
How do you arrange the handover?
Rio provides free hotel delivery by arrangement. Share Ramon’s Village Resort or Steve & Becky’s as appropriate, your preferred pickup time and a phone number. Confirm the hotel entrance and where a rental cart may be parked during the stay.
For a hotel room, contact Ramon’s through its own availability or booking request. For a Rio cart, request the rental dates, read the full quote and accept before confirmation. You can also agree a return handover that fits your departing San Pedro flight or water taxi.
