Plan your San Pedro visit
Plan a group golf cart rental by counting the driver and every passenger, including children. Rio offers four-seat carts for up to four people and six-seat carts for up to six. Larger parties can request several carts or mix both categories in one request.
For example, one four-seater and one six-seater provide up to ten passenger seats. Two four-seaters provide up to eight. These are passenger limits, not estimates of how many suitcases will fit. Share the group’s bag count with Rio before arrival.
Consider whether everyone will follow the same schedule. All carts in one request share the entered pickup and return details. If one part of the group arrives on a different flight, leaves earlier or needs another meeting point, discuss the arrangement directly with Rio.
Choose the correct arrival location for the handover. The form lists the Rio office at Belize Express Terminal, Tropic Air, Maya Island Air, Belize Express Water Taxi and Caribbean Sprinter Water Taxi. For accommodation delivery, choose Hotel and enter its name.
Delivery is free, and Rio helps with luggage and can drive you to your destination. Confirm the meeting point, time and practical luggage arrangement. Set the pickup for the group’s arrival in San Pedro rather than a mainland departure or international landing.
Compare the base rental for the selected cart quantities and dates. Required charges apply. Submit the request to see the full quote, then review and accept to confirm. The private emailed link allows you to return later; pay the accepted total at the office or pickup.
Before departure, agree how the carts will be returned and leave time for handover before flights or water taxis. Contact Rio with the reservation reference if the group size, accommodation or schedule changes, as a revised quote may be needed.
