Where is Alaia Belize?
Alaia Belize, Autograph Collection, gives its address as Seagrape Drive in San Pedro Town, Ambergris Caye. Use that full property name when planning transport. The official contact and location page provides the hotel’s arrival information; a mainland Belize airport arrival is a separate stage of the journey.
If you fly into Belize International Airport, organize the onward connection to San Pedro before selecting the cart handover. Rio’s local rental takes place on San Pedro and Ambergris Caye, rather than providing a golf cart for the mainland transfer.
Which accommodation have you booked?
The property describes Vista studios and suites, Reef House suites and oceanfront villas. Different room formats can mean different guest arrangements, so check your actual category with Alaia. The hotel also lists several dining areas and a rooftop pool and bar.
Those hotel facilities and your planned island outings can help determine rental dates. A cart may be useful for town visits, shopping or exploring Ambergris Caye, while a day spent within the resort may not need the same transport plan.
How can you avoid doubling up on airport transport?
Alaia’s official contact page describes a pre-arranged transfer from San Pedro airport. Check whether your reservation includes or has separately arranged that service. You can use a hotel transfer for bags and meet Rio later, or discuss an arrival meeting directly with Rio.
Tell each provider which arrangement you have chosen. Share the local flight or boat arrival detail and a contact number, but do not treat a requested time as a guarantee tied to an incoming flight. Agree the final handover point with Rio and the hotel.
What should you tell Rio before delivery?
Rio offers free hotel delivery. Provide Alaia’s name, your preferred date and time, passengers, and the number of bags. Ask the hotel where an outside rental can be handed over and parked. Room location does not automatically mean a cart can be driven to the room or villa entrance.
Choose four or six seats for the passengers who will travel together; arrange luggage separately when needed. Review Rio’s full quote before accepting, then pay at pickup. Hotel rooms and hotel transfers remain arrangements with Alaia, independent of the cart reservation.
