Choose one Solaria villa or a combined stay
Solaria Villas are beachfront vacation homes managed through Sunrise’s rental collection. The official page distinguishes Solaria II, also called Casa Bomba, from Solaria III, and offers a combined booking for the two villas. Start by deciding whether your party needs one home or a coordinated reservation across both.
For a larger group, a combined booking can create useful shared plans without making the two villas identical. Ask how entrances, living areas and outdoor spaces relate to one another. Keep both villa names on the reservation if your arrangement includes both homes.
Compare the bedroom and living arrangements
Sunrise lists Solaria II as a four-bedroom villa and Solaria III as a five-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom villa. The collection describes kitchens and indoor and outdoor living areas. Those broad details help shortlist the stay, but the exact sleeping plan still needs the manager’s confirmation.
Ask about beds in each room, stairs between floors and the bathrooms assigned to different guests. If several households are sharing, decide whether meal preparation and evening gathering space fit the group. Do not convert an advertised maximum capacity into a promise that every guest has a separate bedroom.
Use the villa entrance, not the manager’s office
Sunrise publishes a San Pedro management-office address, which is different from the beachfront villas. Request the current arrival instructions for the actual Solaria home you booked. A useful plan identifies the entrance, luggage unloading point and the person who will meet you.
Send the manager your San Pedro flight or named ferry details so the local connection can be confirmed. If you intend to stop in town before travelling onward, ask how that affects check-in and bags. Avoid using an old website address or search pin as your only instruction.
Plan Rio driving around the confirmed stay
Rio offers free hotel delivery after access and the practical handover are agreed. Give Rio the Solaria villa name and the entrance instructions confirmed by Sunrise. For a group split across two homes, nominate one contact and clarify whether the carts will be handed over together.
A northern beach outing can be planned separately from arrival day, once everyone is settled. Keep your cart return aligned with the final flight or ferry connection. Villa reservations, property transfers and the Rio quotation each remain separate bookings with their own confirmation.
